The Dust does it yet again!
The most unique metal band in the history of metal music does it yet again with Alpha, their second album without Clint Lowery, as Next was the first album without him.

And while this album doesn't have a clear-cut standout track like Next did, it's relentlessly with hard-sounding guitar riffs, along with Morgan Rose's always on point percussion. And of course, this album wouldn't be a Sevendust album without the powerful vocals of Lajon Witherspoon.

Sevendust is the best at having tone-setting songs to open their albums and this album was no different, as "Deathstar" was the opening song this time around.

However, if I had to choose a favorite song amongst the 12 songs of relentless hard-sounding guitar riffs, then I would have choose to "Suffer", which is track 5.

As always, I recommend this album for Sevendust fans who haven't heard this album yet and for people who are now just getting into their music. And like the albums before it, this one is a must add to the collection of "Dust"!
